Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days from the day of delivery of your order.

Note:

  • We cannot accept returns on opened or partially consumed products.

Return Process:

Please follow the steps below to initiate the return process.

  1. Contact our customer service team at sales@mushroomchocolatebars.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
  2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on returning your item(s).
  3. Package the item(s) securely, along with a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation, and write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Note:

  • The cost of the product return is free.

Refunds:

We will process your refund once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the return eligibility criteria. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

Note:

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for additional shipping costs.

Exchanges:

Contact our customer service team if you receive a damaged or defective product within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to replace the damaged or defective item(s) at no additional cost.

Exceptions:

Please note that our refund policy does not cover the following situations:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of the product
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
